The Details
Sunlight, written on the wings of butterflies. Intricate and delicate molten butterfly wings, spun out of recycled molten metal and polished to a gloss finish. Suspended on a tiny sleeper in the matching metal to flutter in the breeze. Sold individually or as a pair.
Monarch butterflies numbers have decreased 99.9% over the last 40 years moving them to “critically endangered” so I will be donating $5 from each wing sold to various australian nonprofits supporting our sweet colourful pollinators.
Hand carved by Georgia in our vegan studio and cast locally to order using recycled australian gold or silver before being suspended on a comfortable sleeper hoop and sent to you plastic free.

Sizing

Shipping & Turnaround
Ready to ship pieces leave our workshop within 3 business days. Made to order and build your own pieces are handcrafted to order, refer to the product description to see the usual production time for your piece.
Every order leaves the studio wrapped with care and a little bit of magic, sent express with tracking, signature on delivery and insured as standard. Postage in Australia is $25, everywhere else $55. Care
This piece was made to last with some simple care. Put jewellery on last when dressing and removing it first, avoid swimming or exercising in your jewellery an keep clear of chemicals, lotions, perfume and hand sanitiser. Remove before doing manual tasks like gardening or cleaning.
Keep your piece sparkling by cleaning regularly using warm water, mild soap, and a soft toothbrush, and store items separately in soft, dry pouches to prevent scratches.
