I have heard the same story so many times now that it makes my chest tight every time.
You walk into a jewellery store. You find the ring. It is perfect. The stone catches the light in exactly the right way and you already know where you will wear it and what it will mean. You ask to try it on and the person behind the counter pauses, looks at the tray, looks at you, and says something that manages to be both apologetic and unkind all at once.
We don't stock that size.
You leave without the ring. You leave feeling like the problem was you.
It is not you. It never was.
The jewellery industry has a sizing problem it has been quietly ignoring for a very long time. Most stores carry eight sizes, sometimes fewer, clustered around a narrow idea of what an average hand looks like. If your fingers fall outside that range, which statistically a huge number of people's do, you are expected to compromise. Size up and hope it stays on. Size down and live with the discomfort. Or simply go without.
I started Earth and Heart because I wanted to make jewellery that felt genuinely personal. Handcrafted, slow, meaningful. None of that means anything if the ring doesn't fit.
So every made to order style in the studio is available in 58 sizes, down to the quarter size. Not as an afterthought. Not at an extra cost. Just as the way things are made here.
Fifty eight sizes sounds like a lot because it is. It covers hands that most jewellers have never considered. And every size costs the same, because I don't believe you should pay more for a ring that fits you.
If you know your size, you can find it in the sizing guide, which compares Australian, US and European sizing side by side. If you don't, free at home ring sizers are available to order. They arrive in the post and you measure in your own time, in your own space, without anyone watching.
When you place a made to order piece, it is made for you. Not adjusted, not stretched, not approximated. Made in your size from the beginning.
If you have been told before that your size doesn't exist, or that it would have to be specially made at a premium, or that you should just try the next one up and see how it feels, I want you to know that none of that is true here.
Your size exists. It has always existed. It just needed someone willing to make it.
Lots of love,
